What are the Muso music flash cards made out of? Is it waterproof?
Your Muso Music Flash cards are made out of quality, laminated finishing card materials. However, whilst it is water-resistant in case of kid spitting, pet saliva, swimming pool/bath accidents, adult sneezing or drinking spillage, it is not made out of plastic and therefore, not water-proof.
Why did you not make the cards completely out of plastic?
The co-founder Isabelle Ng is passionate about minimising harm to the environment (her other businesses include a reusable bubble tea cup brand www.kinoi.com.au and biogas waste facility commercialisation REVIS).
Making the cards out of card paper material mean less plastic toxins will be made/go into landfill. We hope the cards will be made to last forever in family homes - passed down through generations to come (like board games), or family friends. But if a student/family does decide to chuck it out, it can go in the yellow/recycling bin. And if in the incident it goes into landfill, there will be minimised/no toxins.
I can assure and guarantee you, the flash cards are strong and kid-friendly without harming the environment!

Shipping
We are working with a 3PL partner to send your goods internationally as efficient as possible at real time costs when you check out.
There will be a few shipping options, example:
1) Cheapest but slow option - around 30-40 days turnaround
2) Faster but slightly more expensive - around 2 weeks turnaround (but also depends on your country)
The warehouse locations are in China, USA and Netherlands so we can ship across North America, Asia and Europe as fast as possible... YOU ARE WELCOME!
If your shipping address does not work, it probably means we have not yet found a suitable solution to ship to you yet.... so please contact musomusicpublishing@gmail.com your country and we will get onto it! After all, starting a kid's music journey right is most important!
Tracking Number
This will be provided depending on shipping options, but will be sent once the order is dispatched.

We now offer US/Solfège version on Amazon CA, JP & US. YAY! And yes, you can get the free Prime shipping.
The Standard/British version is also on Amazon AU.
Returns/Refunds
At this stage, because we are so young/a small business, we do not offer any returns or refunds.
