We ask that the User ("you") abide by the terms and conditions that follow, along with any other terms and conditions that may appear on the Site from time-to-time (collectively, the “Conditions”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement with the Conditions that follow and we reserve the right to revise these Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. PERMITTED USE
We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide, non-transferable right and licence to use the Site for your personal and/or non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. All other uses are prohibited without our prior written consent.
USER GENERATED CONTENT
By adding any content to the Site, you have chosen to:
- warrant to us that you have all necessary rights to post the content;
- grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide and transferable right and licence to use that content in any way (including but not limited to, by reproducing, changing, and communicating the content to the public) and permit us to authorise any other person to do the same thing. KINOI is under no obligation to offer you any payment for User Generated Content or to attribute authorship of User Generated Content to you.
COPY RIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Contents, and the Site, as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the users of the Site. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal, non-commercial, use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.
The Site contains material, owned by or licensed to MUSO, which is protected by Australian and international laws.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
1. Our prices are based off USD and currencies are automatically exchanged based on your geo-location.
2. Our prices include Australian GST.
3. Our prices do not include any VAT applicable to locations that require VAT, and this will be due on the import of your order along with any applicable duties, inclusive of administrative charges imposed by the carrier/postal service.
4. Our monthly 'Buy 2 Get Free Shipping' on 1st Day of each month for 5 days also does not include any VAT applicable to locations that require VAT, and this will be due on the import of your order along with any applicable duties, inclusive of administrative charges imposed by the carrier/postal service.
5. Our site is very straightforward but it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products or Shipping Services listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product or Shipping's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product or Shipping’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
6. We are under no obligation to provide the Product or Service to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
7. Your country and our shipping couriers may require Customs ID, TAX ID or equivalent in order for us to ship the product to you. We take online security extremely seriously and will ensure to delete all relevant information once your details have passed to the shipping courier. We will not keep your ID or equivalent in our file, and should you re-order, we will re-ask of your ID or equivalent again.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer a refund policy due to change of mind, but if your product is damaged due to shipping and you email us a photo musomusicpublishing@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving, we can offer a replacement free of charge.
If your product has a printing error (e.g. duplicates), please email us a photo musomusicpublishing@gmail.com for us to resend a new one free of charge.
